The Holiday Heroes Campaign is a heartfelt initiative by Mr. Smallz, aimed at spreading joy and support within our communities across Arizona and the Four Corners areas. As a small business committed to fostering the success of fellow entrepreneurs, we recognize the importance of giving back. This inaugural Holiday Heroes Campaign proudly sponsors a young family of four, whose inspiring story has deeply resonated with our team, reminding us all of the power of community and compassion during this special time of year.

In the spirit of the season, we invite others to join us in making a difference. Now more than ever, it’s essential to lend a helping hand to those in need, as every act of kindness can spark a wave of goodwill. To express our gratitude, all donors to the Holiday Heroes Campaign will receive a complimentary 30-minute Biz Wiz or Web Master consultation from the Mr. Smallz team. Meet Dillon A Compassionate Caregiver

Dillon is a remarkable 19-year-old, and the eldest of this four sibling family. After their mother left them, Dillon has taken on the incredible responsibility of caregiver and parent to his three younger siblings, a 12-year-old girl, a 10-year-old boy, and an 8-year-old boy. After months of couch surfing with various family members' and balancing two jobs as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Dillon worked tirelessly to secure a three-bedroom single-wide home outside of town to provide his brothers and sister with a sense of safety, stability, and security. A home that right now is empty minus some air mattresses, a couple suitcases of clothing, and 4 hearts full of hope and love for one another.

To help this family thrive in their new home, we are seeking support for their immediate needs, which include beds and bedding, winter clothing and shoes, a kitchen table and chairs, living room furniture, bathroom essentials, kitchen staples, and grocery items. To amplify our efforts, Mr. Smallz is matching cash donations dollar for dollar, up to $1,500. We kindly ask for any assistance the community can provide to uplift these young individuals and set them up for success. Additionally, we are organizing a Thanksgiving Feast, offering a warm meal that includes turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie, and welcome contributions of ingredients and gifts for this family feast. Our immediate focus is to make their house livable with basic furniture and household essentials. With the success of our first Holiday Heroes Campaign, we hope to establish this as an annual tradition, expanding our reach to multiple families and causes.
